Lobel’s of New York is a family-run business that for five generations has sold the finest quality meats through a store on New York’s upper east side as well as online through Lobels.com. Fryefield & Associates was hired to perform a branding and lead generation assessment for Lobels.com and develop recommendations to drive new leads and close more sales. A number of changes were made to the website which reduced the bounce rate by over 20 basis points, bringing it down to the industry average. In addition, working in conjunction with Theseus Communications, new retargeting and awareness campaigns were developed and deployed which resulted in a very high ROI and click-through rates more than double the industry average.
