Lauren is a consumer-centric marketer with a passion for using consumer insight, data, and marketing technology as the foundation for engaging and effective creative execution that drives business growth. Her career combines the marketing discipline of American Express, growth and transformation at NetJets, turnaround at Vonage, as well as start-up experience creating UNIQ Luxury, a new luxury marketplace. 

Lauren has strong strategic skills focused on achieving results and measuring performance. She helped to create the marketing department at NetJets in 2000 and played an integral role establishing NetJets as one of the world's best-known and respected luxury service brands. She led the marketing team through many periods of change at NetJets from the years of strong growth through 2007, to a period of restructuring and downsizing in 2009, to the acquisition and integration of Marquis Jet in 2011. During her 12+ years at NetJets, the prospect database doubled in size, revenue tripled, and the customer base grew by 600%.

Lauren is now applying her wealth of experience as a marketing executive combined with her passion for the art and science of marketing, to help C-suite executives grow and transform their businesses.
